B6 Office Tower
The B6 Office Tower is located on the corner of West Pender and Thurlow (1090 West Pender) in downtown Vancouver, BC. The new B6 Office Tower includes seven levels borgata hotel casinoof below-grade parking, a three-level retail podium, 533,000 square feet of office space, and several tenant amenity spaces, including three outdoor terraces, with a large rooftop terrace that overlooks Vancouver’s downtown core.
Designed to LEED Gold standards and targeting WELL Gold, the building also incorporates Passive House elements, including vertical glass fins to reduce sun exposure, triple-glazed curtain wall construction, and a green roof. Other sustainable elements include the green roof, rainwater harvesting, triple-glazed borgata hotel casinoglass, low-flow fixtures, and high-efficiency elevators.
